In a no-judgement studio with no mirrors, students practice poses using a pole to help them balance and push their bodies further than traditional yoga classes. Beginners' monkey-style sessions mimic primates, focusing on hands, feet, and alignment, while tiger-style classes get more experienced students off the ground, elevated with the help of the pole.
