Shaking Crawfish, Buford

Do you like spicy food? The cooks at Shaking Crawfish do, and it shows in a menu of boiled crawfish, shrimp, and seafood that makes Buford feel a lot like Louisiana. But to cater to all tastes, they customize their boils with one of four spice levels, as well as cajun, lemon pepper, or garlic seasoning, or all of the above. A quick glance at the menu reveals other specialties, including fried seafood and a dozen types oysters sourced from areas across the East Coast. Their Creole sides, such as corn on the cob and potatoes, finish the meals off in traditional fashion.
