Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Energy!!! I stay energetic my clients will be energetic. Engaging with clients making sure all workouts are done correctly.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The increase in diabetes in America. I want everybody to be active. I was once overweight when I was young teen. I want to inspire through exercise and fitness.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can encourage, inspire and lift people up with exercise and fitness.
