What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I will give each client my undivided attention when we meet, so the plan will be their plan, one based on their likes and lifestyle, not a restrictive regimen. My experience as a consultant in many different fields has afforded me a great number of professionals who can assist if necessary.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Three years ago, my body shut down due to stress. Many professionals helped me through my journey back to wellness. Today I am healthy and thriving. I realized that I can help others on their pathways to wellness.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching my clients set their goals and move toward them is extremely rewarding, along with the ability to work with individuals from many different walks of life.
