the salon gal tried to charge me an extra $20 plus because she said my hair was thick and would take longer to partially highlight...said her boss always charges groupon people more than the amount when they come in...I will not be going back their..my hair is to above my shoulders..it is not long and didn't take any longer than someone with normal hair to highlight and cut...I told Vivian to tell her boss I was not paying any extra $$..I don't know how Vivian can stand working for a boss like that...

This groupon was a rip off. It was for haircut and full highlights for $79.00. However, the girl told me that it is an extra $20 for toner. This was not mentioned on the groupon.

Vivian, the hair stylist was great. She listened to what I wanted and asked for and then did a good job. I will go back to her again!

The one stylist that my daughter had provided lot of feedback before cutting her long hair to short. However, after cutting her hair, the look didn't match her at all! She's only 18, but made her looks like 30+ year old.

The employees are great but the owner/manager is rarely there and there is no receptionist so the poor employees have to listen to ringing phone all day and answer messages between clients. Also they have to take care of people who come in the door.
I find this unprofessional.
