When Gretchen Snyder, a local of Kittanning, founded Alterink in 2012, she built her business on three things: affordable rates, the best possible equipment, and a staff certified in their craft. The craft in question is the use of lasers to remove tattoos, a process that helps people to eliminate, or at least fade to a whisper, unwanted ink.

After a complimentary consultation, the technicians set about easing the appearance of anchors, names, or the names of anchors. Pigments of green, blue, red, and black can be removed in several quick sessions thanks to Alterink's Quanta System lasers, which use multiple wavelengths and lots of science to disrupt the color deposits.
