Terrible cut! Didn't honour the highlights part of the groupon as one would expect. Would never go again.
I liked that he knew what style would suit my hair type
Cut was like 10 mins. He does his own thing. Doesn't listen to you. Cut my hair way too short
I purchased a groupon for a full head of highlights, a haircut and a shampoo. They did not provide that service. They did 9 foils of highlights, a shampoo and trimed my ends. Way over priced for the service I received. I will never go here again or recommend anyone to go here.
The moment I walked into the salon the owner/stylist asked 'how much did you pay for your groupon?' I told them and he said 'well that doesnt include toning, toning is $40 extra'. I said that was not mentioned on the groupon anywhere, you need to have toning if your getting highlights. They said too bad.
I essentially overpaid for bad highlights and a trim.
haircut and color very nice job
Was horrible. My hightligh look like all my hair yellow. A great mistake. And everything is dirty and a mess.
I'm so upset with the results
The service was genuine and kind. He explained everything well and gave me lots of tips for healthier hair. I enjoyed my time there.
My hair turned out okay but the place was very dirty, there were no sanitizers for the brushes or anything. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Also he was extremely rough with my hair and at times it was quite painful.
Very bad experience. As a business owner and a professional it is important for the owner to know that customers are sometimes the experts. If you are a middle aged woman, most often you have had your hair done at least 5 times a year for over 30 years at many salons with many different stylists. You learn to have certain expectations in a stylist and a salon. This owner needs to realize his salon and his style don't come close to meeting those expectations. Even though at one time they may have. I see this same problem with owners of restaurants that have been in business for many many years. They forget that the customer becomes the expert in what to expect not them.
This salon owner didn't even ask what I wanted or what shade of highlight I wanted and then he tried to charge me $50 for a toner!!! Please, does he think I have never been to a salon before? Groupon is an opportunity to get people in your door and impress them so they will come back. He has done the exact opposite.
Excellent job transforming black and red to blonde through highlights. Most unique cut ever. He's wonderful go see him
