The business closed soon after I redeemed my Groupon voucher and did not receive my custom frame. It took significant work contacting to company just to get my items back. I am working with Groupon and the company separately for a refund as I never got my custom frame.
Only open when convenient for the vendor despite their "actual" open hours. Takes forever to get a project back or even a response from the vendor regarding the process of your project.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We custom made a frame from original barn wood. It meant so much to the client because it was a family barn that was being torn down. Now she always has a piece of her family legacy in the form of a frame!
