Dance 4 Life Fitness Studios is a dance studios combined with a fitness center geared towards both children and adults. We offer fitness classes in hip hop, kid's cardio, hula hoop, stretch, flex, & tone, yoga, ballet/Jazz funk, zumba, & much more....

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We encourage our clients to learn as much as possible about proper form, proper techniques, keep them informed of ways to live healthier lifestyles, and most of all the importance of consistency.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration of Dance 4 Life Fitness Studios began with a passion for dance as well as fitness and incorporating both of them.

What do you love most about your job?
I have gain satisfaction in helping others accomplish their personal fitness goals whether it be weight loss, weight gain, or simply learning or enhancing their dance skills.
