We aren't just a tracking system; we are a team of experts. You work with us every week in LIVE online seminars. You are held accountable, can ask questions, chat with group members, and get information that is specific to you. Included is a workbook, resistance band, and healthy portioned plate.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We’re sisters who struggled with yo-yo diets so we decided to get the facts! Gina became a registered dietitian with a masters degree in human nutrition and Kristi became a certified personal trainer and behavior coach. We HATE seeing people struggle to maintain a healthy weight like we did.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people make simple changes that work instead of strict diets, they join our challenge just to lose weight and they leave with confidence, energy, strength, weight loss, and life-long habits. We have people in their 40's, 50's, and 60's who are in better shape than they were in their 20's!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
“I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I tried reading diet books but had no success. After the 12 Week Challenge to Change, I have practical examples of food, fitness, and strategies I use everyday. I’m donating all of those diet books! My manual, notes, and memories are all I need now!”
