Wildwoods Community Farm is located on 4 acres in Chapel Hill, NC. We are a new farm dedicated to turning the land into a botanical garden, animal sanctuary and farm where children and families can take classes, learn to grow in the greenhouse and care for baby animals!
What is the experience customers can expect?
Our farm and garden experiences are intended to create lifetime memories for our local families while preserving the small family farm heritage.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When community gathers in a place surrounded by nature there is an amazing amount of joy, connection and the ability to be in the present moment. The fun of taking a farm class, growing your own food and providing a healthy lifestyle for families is an important part of our work.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job is seeing the bright smiles on the faces as they get to run around outdoors, play in the dirt, walk through the woods and play with the baby animals!
