This company was supposed to deliver cake pops to my sisters birthday. They called me at 7 pm that day to say they didn't think they would me it that day even after I explained that they were for a party and she has been waiting for them all day they insisted that they could deliver them first thing in the morning. The next day when the item did not arrive at 10 am as promised I called the company. The person on the phone could not tell me where or when my order would arrive. I paid $20 extra for this item to arrive on time which it did not , not even when they rescheduled the delivery time and date. TJe receptionist ensures me that I would receive a refund for the shipping I did not!
