Power Train Boot Camp and Personal Training

Certified personal trainer Dawn Christley has experience as an independent trainer and staff member at mainstream gyms, such as Gold's and Lifetime Fitness, which has enabled her to amass 15 years' worth of wellness know-how. As the owner of Power Train, Dawn now helms original boot-camp classes for youths and adults that draw from numerous workout techniques such as P90X, kickboxing, and repetitious finger wagging. Her one-on-one sessions continue to inspire individual clients, and her small group courses and corporate programs fuel efforts toward communal health.
