Along with regular American cuisine such as their signature pork loin sandwich, the cooks at La Cantina make Mexican-inspired burgers, including Howie's Special. Chefs adorn a half-pound of black angus beef with grilled pineapple and jalapenos to make this Mexican/American fusion.
