Unlike other gyms, we offer 4,100 sqft of HIIT training, along with Crossfit. Level 2 trainers and certified olympic lifting coaches care about you and your safety. All fitness levels, from elite athletes to beginners. Designated childrens area. Personalized fitness goals and nutrition plans.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our workouts are designed to train our athletes in metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and strength training. Workouts are constantly varied, and always fun! We offer competitions, along with fitness and nutrition challenges.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Many people never experience true and lasting fitness results until they try Crossfit. Everyday, we get to be a part of someones life-changing results! We all have an inner athlete. At Crossfit Dove Valley, we get to help you develop yours in a fun and encouraging atmosphere!
