Sessions provide the opportunity to both remove subconscious barriers to health and healing and create a new path to that end goal of real vitality. My medical and fitness background combined with mindful tools provide a holistic perspective unlike traditional hypnosis or life coaching.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Wanting to help people make lasting changes in their lives! Real, lasting desired changes whether ideal weight, or leaving old habits behind can only occur when the mind is on board.

What do you love most about your job?
I love showing people just how capable and powerful they are and co-creating paths to their dreams.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Wow" is one I hear frequently. It is usually after the first time a client has gone into deep relaxation. From there, at that level, real, desired changes can happen.
