What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a locally owned small business that takes customer satisfaction to the next level. With our state of the art showroom that includes a free snack bar, mini fridge, TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi you can really enjoy the stay while getting your vehicle tinted.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
One thing that really got us started with this business is giving back to the community. We want to use this business as a means to give back and show what true customer service is all about. Cars was always a passion and being able to customize it was something that we have always strived for.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to put a smile on a customers face and seeing there reaction after getting there vehicles worked on. Also being able to work on cars and understanding how important they are to customers makes it that much more enjoyable to provide a worry free experience.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A recent customer has said that he wanted to go to a location that provides both respect and honesty and making him feel that he was getting taken care of. He felt the culture in the business and knew that customer service was the highest priority by how he was treated.
