The employees need to be aware that they have a groupon out there and how much it's for. I didn't feel like i got the full value of my groupon

Customer service is horrible! They jipped me. Groupon is for nine ozs. They redeemed a 5 oz cup and a 6 oz cup for 2 punches when I also had a 17 oz cup they could've used it towards. Their excuse was that "they're a business and they're losing $"

First time I tried Cherry On Top and found it to be very similar to the other frozen yogurt places. The only thing was that it didn't have as many topping options as the other frozen yogurt places, but still good! Fruits were fresh and service was good!

Let them know about the groupon right away, you can only get two 9oz yogurt per day with the groupon. The lady at the front counter was very very nice, best customer service I've ever had at a self serve yogurt place.

In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Visitors create their own frozen treats at a self-serve bar, choosing from 14 fruit/tart/creme flavors. Customers can finish their treats with a long list of toppings, ranging from fresh fruit/berries to gummy bears, cereal, brownies, and chocolate wafer straws.

What is one of your most popular offerings?
Salted caramel, Hawaiian delight, taro, mango, and peanut butter cup. These have a genuine and rich taste.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We have a robust and rewarding loyalty club and you get a 10% discount just for joining. Also, there are random "lucky" rewards only for our loyal customers, including free movie passes.
