Chefs Matt Nobile and John Araujo are the masterminds behind Bella Gusto Urban Pizzeria. Together they've concocted a traditional Neapolitan menu of Old-World recipes made in the classic style. Bella Gusto's wood-fired brick oven gets raised to thousands of degrees, making quick work of crispy pizzas and baked panini sandwiches. Tender pastas with house sauces round out the selection. And to top things off made-to-order desserts include affogato, a coffee brownie topped with coffee gelato and finished with a shot of espresso.
