What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I'm not your average engineer (though that's my main profession). The office environment can drain you mentally and physically. We need a solid outlet for healthy aggression, intense activity, and something that's fun at the same time! That's what drew me to boxing 10 years ago.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
Bring water and wear comfortable workout gear and tennis/running/cross training shoes. I have hand wraps to go with the gym equip.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Boxing has been such an influential and positive factor in my life. It has become a part of who I am, and I wanted to share it with others! Especially the folks stuck in a cube!

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people progress. I've seen people go from struggling with 2 pushups to supersetting pushups with burpees for 3 minutes at a time! Even people's posture and mental outlook change given enough work. I love it.
