Although I Sushi & Teppan’s dishes reflect contemporary tastes, many more come from a purely authentic Japanese culinary tradition. But either way, everything the restaurant serves is made from scratch by experienced chefs. A full menu features nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls. The Las Vegas Roll combines crab, salmon, avocado, and cream cheese and comes served tempura-style. The house I Sushi Roll blends snow crab, scallops, lobster, and chives, and it is served baked over a California roll. Teppanyaki selections include shrimp, calamari, filet mignon, and new york strip steak. Each dish is served with miso soup, salad, vegetable, and fried rice.
