After my negative experience this morning and feeling rather worked up about not being contacted back, I received a call from first customer service and then the CEO. They both spoke with me about my concerns and refunded my purchase price; the CEO refunded me some extra in order to pay for repairs at another shop in town. Both the manager and the CEO were very professional and made me feel better
