About CrossFit Fade
The mission at CrossFit Fade is twofold: to help students get into the best shape of their lives and—as the name suggests—provide a place in which the stresses of the outside world can fade away. To that end, instructors here cultivate a friendly and encouraging atmosphere rooted in fun, motivation, and, of course, hard work.
Every day except Sunday, they lead a constantly rotating tapestry of workouts based on functional movements, roping in techniques from a variety of fitness regimens and athletic disciplines, from aerobics to strength training. This comprehensive approach ensures students don’t just wind up fit and looking good, but also well rounded in their abilities. In other words, they’ll hopefully be able to run well and un-ironically wear shirts that say “Welcome to the Gun Show.”
