This class has been so empowering and a great workout for all ages and sizes. If you came to have a good fun filled workout with results... Her class is it!!! I started in June 2018 and it’s now April 2019, still going strong!!!

My first time was great. Was greeted with a pleasant hug and felt comfortable right away! A lot of fun and work out ! I’ll definitely be going back !
