Bernard did an amazing job! My dog had a couple of accidents and I could not get the smell out of my small apartment, no matter how many times I sprayed and vacuumed. My carpets now look and smell brand new. Bernard was professional, on time (early, actually) and friendly. Highly recommend!

He came late after pushing the time back several times the day before and not being able to come. He was unable to get up all the pet stains even though he said he did. He claimed the floors would dry in an hour but they were not dry 5 hours later even with turning up the heat. I mistakenly paid for 5 rooms thinking the hallway would be included as a room. He charged me extra for the hallway.

Use Stanley Steemer, this guy wasn't worth the $115.00 I spent. At least had I of used a professional company I would have gotten what I paid for.

Excellent job of cleaning and friendly service. He did run about 75 later than the appointment time but communicated his tardiness in advance do I knew when he would arrive.
