Doors opened at 9pm on time however the VIP area was not ready to accept food orders until 9:45pm The event night took place on the same night as the Carolina Panthers game, I'm not sure why the venue kept all Tvs tuned to the game the entire night. This was a huge distraction the other things we found to be unorganized was the constant amount of artist/organizers walking in front of or on and off the stage during performances. I attended this event 2 years ago when they first started at this venue and I felt that two years should have been ample time to work out all the kinks, the show was not smooth running at all and several minutes between songs. Not to mention the unplanned special guest who just happened to agree to performing while promoting his new album. I did enjoy the two host that sang for the evening both had wonderful stage presence and voices and kept the audience engaged. The venue is very nice and comfortable.
