No all stains were removed. I called the company back and told them that some stains were missed. he promised that he would come back remove the stains but he never came back. I will never use this company again.

Would not use again. Did not answer phone and took weeks to return calls. Didn't show up on scheduled day. Rescheduled to the next day for early morning and showed up mid afternoon without calling.

Did an awesome job cleaning my HORRIBLE carpets..very pleasant, fast and efficient, no soggy carpets, no heavy chemical smell..GREAT job!!

Be very sure you have everything up off the floor, because they won't move anything, not even a throw rug. Other than that, very good. On time, friendly, courteous, and helpful. Even our dirty stairs looked good when they were done.
