What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Bellies and Babies seeks to empower women in mind, body and soul by taking pain out of pregnancy and replacing it with joy. We are working to set a new standard for normal in prenatal comfort throughout every aspect of a woman’s journey through motherhood.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer at least 2-4 yoga classes per week for our moms-to-be to stick to a yoga regimen. We also have trusted community partners who offer other prenatal fitness classes. Our main service is prenatal massage, which offers increased benefits to maintain physical fitness in pregnancy.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Bellies & Babies was created after the owner experienced two painful and uncomfortable pregnancies. After being told it would not get better until after birth, Angie researched and studied massage therapy to help relieve other ladies from pregnancy and postpartum pain.

What do you love most about your job?
Bellies and Babies is not a spa. It is not a luxury. It is a necessity. We help women relieve the pain that inhibits and takes away the joy of everyday life. We give ladies the peace and joy to enjoy their pregnancy! We love making our ladies comfortable and cared for!
