The Whimsical Wish, Chesapeake

After planning major corporate events for many of Hampton Roads’ premier companies, Jill and Rachel decided they wanted to use their skills to help children feel special. Since starting The Whimsical Wish, they have designed and executed more than 15 differently themed parties for boys and girls. With themes ranging from superheroes to royal princesses, each party includes costumes, elaborate activities, snacks, and party favors. Add-ons come in the form of chocolate fountains, bakery cakes, and makeup stations.
