Kathleen Fitzgerald is more than familiar with the hectic schedules of modern life; having founded and run A Relaxed You, Inc.'s two locations, Mt. Greenwood-25 years; Palos Heights -for about two years. She understands the importance of a peaceful, welcoming space. From her dual relaxation centers, Kathleen's staff doles out soothing therapeutic, deep tissue and aromatherapy massages, and a variety of facial treatments that leave the skin feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The salt cave and yoga studio add another level of relaxation to the Wellness Center.
