I received a great cut, hightlight, and blow dry. The salon could use a little updating, however. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Even though it was a bit of a rough start and my appointment being delayed 45 min, it was a great visit! Everyone was very nice and my stylist cut my long curly hair perfectly!

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I initially bought a Groupon to try a new place since I'm newer to the city and have went to the same hairstylist since I was young. Instead of traveling 7 hours home I thought it would be more convenient to find a new place closer to where I live. When I showed up they told me that Groupon booked me with someone who doesn't except Groupons (that wasn't a big deal I only waited an hour). Once I got in they took me back to wash my hair. I have long and naturally straight hair (almost to my belly button) and it gets naturally tangly because it's think and fine. The first moment I realized it was probably a mistake going there was when the person washing my hair made a comment about not using good products since my hair was turning into a rats nest. Again, I know I have tangly hair so that wasn't a deal breaker just yet. Next they took me back to my hairstylist. I showed him a picture and said I wanted a trim with some long layers (to shape the front of my face). I thought this would be a safe pick because it wasn't that drastic. He started to brush my hair and then all of a sudden cut out a huge chuck towards the front on my face. Normally I'm asked before they cut it if that's the length I was looking for but they skipped that step completely and went to town. There was no going back now. During the appointment he accepted a phone call from a family member and chatted for about 3-4minutes (non important call). And then he actually got up and left me to go to the pharmacy to get pain meds before they closed. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Now back to what I mentioned earlier about tangly hair. He just seemed to cut pieces of my hair instead of brushing out the tangles. These were quite the chunks. I'm about to bust out in tears on how much I lost and how bad it looks. Clearly an uncomfortable and not relaxing experience. My hair is now above my chest and there are two chunks on each side of my face cut out that I assume should be layers. I now have to wear extensions (which is ridiculous considering how long of hair I have) and have to curl it to make it look somewhat decent. Last thing to add is they don't even use good products and tools. They used a generic brand of Paul Mitchell and I also had a non labeled spray bottle used on my hair that looked like a cleaning product.

Excellent service-- dated interior, the aesthetic needs a serious facelift.

My appointment started an hour late, I sat there waiting and no one had even checked in with me. Overpriced for the quality of services.

The services were not worth the money. My person was wonderful but the stone massage was at the same time I was wrapped so it was only on the side neck and shoulders, not on the back as the pictures indicate. The wrap was an ok hydrating treatment for skin but the facial was a mask that didn't seem to clean anything and there were no extractions. Wouldn't do it again.

Stay far away! It seems like a good deal but they will call you and cancel your appointment immediately before and then refuse to fulfill your treatment and deny offering their service on Groupon. Worst customer service, wasted hours dealing with!
