I set up my groupon. Could not attend first class. Called multiple times and left multiple messages to do a make up class as stated available on website. Company never got back to me. Never went to the class. Extremely displeased customer towards this company.

Beauty facility and the staff was great. I studied Spanish before and we were going over the same thing I already studied. That was my only issue. Other than that everything was superb.

It should be made more clear on the inlingua website that the language courses are only for beginners and not for those who seek to seriously study a language.

Don't schedule an 8-week (or 16, or any length session) class if there isn't a qualified instructor available to teach the class for the full session.

There should be one teacher for the 8 week class. and that teacher should have a level of proficiency so that he/she can accurately respond to questions from the class. ALSO, I signed up to learn Brazilian Portuguese and the third teacher we had (and from what I understand, our final teacher) speaks Portugal portuguese... and pronounces many words differently, and uses many words that are completely different. The hardest part about Brazilian portuguese for me is the pronunciation and it's very disappointing that this new teacher is not able to teach us correct pronunciation. I was hoping to learn more than i have, because I have a trip to Brazil planned. This experience has been very disappointing.

Get the books in advance: being late and make copies it's just bad business and not really helpful since they are not always complete or readable. Groupon aside this is not a cheap class so you should be more organized.

Not sure if the specific lessons are what would be most useful for someone visiting a French speaking country for business or pleasure...I feel like we haven't learned very much vocab or very many verbs. I also signed up for the beginning level even though I took several years French in high school and college; if I could go back I would have signed up for the second level.
