When coach Martize Gregory talks about exercise, nutrition, and accountability, he's drawing from his own life experience. He bases his workout programs on the education he received at the National Federation of Personal Trainers, and his nutritional plans are informed by a bachelor's degree in hospitality. Perhaps most important to clients' success, however, is Martize's philosophy of personal responsibility, a lesson he learned in the US Navy. By teaching his students to master these three realms of physical and mental well-being, Gregory is helping them achieve the bodies of their dreams.
