Self-made fitness maven Suzanne Ko founded SKo-Fit to deliver holistic-minded health services that span personal training, group classes, and lifestyle consulting, including advice on nutrition. After growing up studying classical piano, ballroom dance, and East Coast swing, Suzanne's passion for fitness ignited upon joining a group step class in 1997. She then attained multiple certifications and the strength to crush bricks with her mind, though it was not until she was laid off from a design job in 2009 that the idea to launch SKo-Fit became a reality. When not helping clients attain more statuesque physiques, Suzanne contributes weekly to theBrideScoop, and tweets tips on nutrition and healthful food choices.
