Be sure to go when they first open to avoid long lines.

Nothing hidden in the voucher. Even though it was foggy, there was enough of a view at the ledge to make it a spectacular event.

Absolutely loved the view and time with family...no one should come to Chicago and not go to the Willis Tower

Even though we went when the city was foggy, we still experienced the city, mostly on the East side and because the amount of visitors was sparse we were given extra time on the ledge. Very professional set-up and I'm sure when it's crowded it's still a treat because of the way they have the entry lines.

There was no visibility of the city of Chicago at all January 23, 2020. I tried to find out the day of January 23, 2020, on how to get a refund from Groupon, but nothing was easily found on the site to fulfill customer service request.
Unhappy Customer.
