WilJones Foundation, Chicago

Founded in early 2011 by Qurita Wilson and Chyanne Jones, the WilJones Foundation is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to opening the doors of possibility for at-risk youths. They accomplish their mission through [four learning programs](http://gr.pn/18afCom—the Road Map Life Assets Program helps build social skills, work ethic, and financial literacy, whereas the Perfect Citizens Certified Etiquette Training Program focuses on social behaviors such as speech, posture, grooming, and dining. The other two programs are meant for girls specifically: Social Butterflies Mentoring teaches about body image and character building, and NuUrban Rites provides afterschool activities for young women in fourth through eighth grades.
