Purchased the tickets and when game day rolled around I had not received the tickets. Vividseats gave me a date and time they were sent and no emails ever came, despite checking spam, junk, deleted, etc.. Vivid seats continued to assert they have confirmation the tickets were sent 3 days before the event.
Vividseats then tells me to create a Ticketmaster account under a specific email. I do so, send screenshots to them showing I used the correct email as instructed, and no tickets were anywhere to be found in the account.
Did not receive the tickets until the support team got a direct link from the ticket holder, about 10 minutes before the game. At this point, I had already bought alternate tickets since I had no hope of any help. Up until this point, I had spent 3 hours getting treated like an idiot by the customer service person.
no discussion of a refund was entertained by vividseats or Groupon, since they had the aforementioned “confirmation” that they sent me the tickets. Of course, they will not send me a copy of the confirmation or forward me this email that they insist they sent me prior to the event.
Even if I somehow missed this email (not likely) they should have been available in my Ticketmaster account associated with the recipient email and as mentioned before, that was not the case. It’s obvious to me that the ticket holder, who vividseats tells me is just a normal person that happened to own bengals tickets, did not send the tickets correctly. I can’t even get a copy of the confirmation showing when or where they were sent.
