What do you love most about your job?
Watching the customer see their brand new kitchen or smart home set up and discovering all the new features. I walk through each customer on how to use all smart products and am available if you run into any trouble after I'm gone.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Kids are always amazed they can tell Alexa to turn the lights off!
