The artisanal distillers at Old Glory Distilling refuse to take shortcuts when it comes to Tennessee Whiskey and Bourbon, so while those spirits are aging to perfection, they offer a variety of unaged spirits to try in the distillery.

• Jumper's Stash White Rum: Distilled from sugar cane molasses, this pot-still rum is rich with distinct flavors. Sip it on its own, or mix with lime juice and simple syrup for a refreshing, heat-beating cocktail.

• Smooth Shine TN Moonshine: Rather than opting for a mouth-blasting corn-and-sugar 'shine, Old Glory distills their "Smoothshine" from wheat to create an enjoyable spirit with a warm finish.

• Tennessee Vodka: Old Glory's corn-based vodka gets filtered through the same sugar maple charcoal that Tennessee Whiskey gets filtered through, leaving you with a sweet, smooth finish.
