InStill Distilling Co., Clayton

A veteran owned and operated company, InStill Distilling has been making spirits since its opening in May 2019. Its white rum can be enjoyed on its own or in a variety of drinks. Future releases include spiced rum, Navy Strength Rum, Coconut Rum, Grappa, and whiskey. Created by a Master Distiller, Certified Specialist of Wine, and Sommelier, the spirits are designed to bring a distinctly full and flavor-focused approach to the distilling process.
