Travis Mash knows what it takes to break through fitness barriers. With more than 20 years of strength-training experience, the powerlifter has shattered records while competing at the international level. More recently, Travis decided to share his expertise with others by lending his skills to local universities, publishing articles in strength and conditioning journals, and founding Mash Elite Performance.
Today, his gym welcomes everyone from competitive athletes to total beginners, providing members with support and guidance while encouraging them to safely challenge their limits. Sports-specific training focuses on developing the mechanics, agility, stamina, and wing suits that athletes need to take their game to the next level. The trainers also offer group classes that combine barbell workouts with cardio exercises to strengthen the entire body.
