What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
After losing over 70 lbs. from Zumba combined with a lifestyle change, as a self-proclaimed food addict and mother of four, I know the struggle of beginning any fitness or weight loss journey. I model my classes from my own experiences of going (literally) from the couch to a healthier lifestyle.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I take personal interest in every one of my dance student's health and fitness goals by giving support, encouragement and advice from personal experience. I firmly believe that getting/staying fit or eating clean *DOES NOT* have to be boring or hard!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As someone that has always battled my own weight issues and insecurities, once I realized that if I could take off the weight (and keep it off,) simply from what feels like easy exercises disguised as dancing and changing how I live, I knew others could, too. I love sharing in that process.

What do you love most about your job?
Besides dancing? The bonds I form and the fitness success stories I see unfold. When a student tells me they went down a pant size or I see someone dance with a new found sense of confidence, I rejoice to simply have been blessed to be a part of that process! Dancing does wonders for the soul.
