Anew's instructors strive to instill confidence in women of all shapes and sizes through flirty fitness and dance classes. Beginning pole dancers or firefighters looking to spice up their night shifts can learn basic hand positions, transitions, and spins in Pole 101 before moving on to full-fledged choreographed routines in advanced pole classes. Heels are suggested for Seduction Groove & Chair Teaser students, who can tone and strengthen their bodies through the controlled dance movements that make up a sensual chair routine, ideal for impressing partners or modeling deluxe recliners. Middle Eastern belly dance helps whittle middles while building confidence and exploring isolation techniques that help tone the torso, arms, and legs.
