What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After 10 years of experience in the field, I decided that I wanted to open my own salon and watch it grow just as my talent and experience has grown. In my own salon I am able to set my own rules and allow my own dreams to become reality.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is assisting the client on transforming their look. They can walk into the salon with a certain look and after a few color changes and trims they walk out looking completely different.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
After a couple hours of dying a customers hair then cutting it, the customer was so happy she almost cried. She couldn't stop looking at herself in the mirror. She told me that she was so happy with the end result.
