What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I believe that it is my passion and availability!! I love fitness and the happiness in which it brings those whom indulge. Some people merely lack the guidance, however even beyond the gym I'm available. Be it a call, IM, DM, E-mail or message in a bottle one can feel free to reach out!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Excercise doesn't seem fun if it's mundane and overbrearing. So I cultivate programs that are challenging yet fun, and we will do new programs with every class.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I find great pleasure in helping those whom have a desire to achieve their goals. If I can be a part of someones happiness and stride to success then I've done my good work.

What do you love most about your job?
Watchimg people as they transform and come to the realization that they can do whatever it is they put their mind to.
