Botanica features five individual meditative oxygen rooms with elemental themes such as fire, water, and air, providing an artistic approach to mindfulness while harnessing the scientifically-proven benefits of oxygen therapy. Botanica’s oxygen delivery systems were built using NASA technology and provide 90% oxygen to nourish the mind and body in a private, tranquil space.

Each breath we take only contains approximately 20% oxygen. The rest is nitrogen gas and pollutants. Oxygen is responsible for everything we do and giving the body pure oxygen for even 10 minutes can provide the following:
