Guesthaus Cardi, Cody

Gasthaus Cardi is a local and family-owned business. The dishes served in the restaurant originally come from Cardi's home region of Germany and were handed to her by her mother and grandmother. As an adult, Cardi married her husband, who was an Army Warrant Officer Helicopter pilot and spent three tours in Germany. It gave her the opportunity to learn more about local cuisine and add Hessian recipes to her family's collection. The Bavarian- and Hessian-influenced cuisine combines a little of the old and new in the selection. Gasthaus Cardi is proud to create everything from scratch and always makes sure every dish is the best one can get.
