The Gym at Soco knows restoration is just as essential to clients' physical wellness as cardio and weight training. That's why they offer a wide variety of yoga classes including heated power yoga, hot yoga and hot power fusion, a beginners' class, as well as classes geared toward athletic recovery. With these sessions offered seven days a week, athletes can complement their CrossFit, spinning, and other fitness classes with power, Vinyasa, heated, and athletic techniques.
