What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chef Nate works and lives to empower healthy living and positive lifestyles in those around him. He has had the privilege of working with such health gurus such as Eric the Trainer (Celebrity Sweat on Spike TV) to the Executive Chef at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

What do you love most about your job?
We are dedicated to empowering others to be more successful! This is rewarding beyond money. Food is the one thing that we all have in common and together we can use it as a catalyst for making changes to our lives and the lives of those around us. Our work is what we love most.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction we have ever gotten from a customer was the pizza we demoed at the Denver Broncos Health and Wellness Expo this past September. We had so many people waiting to eat the whole grain, homemade, hand kneaded pizza at one of our favorite places, Mile High Stadium.
