Nourishing Journey Cafe and Wellness Center believes in healing its guests on all three layers: the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. The staff believes that only when all three layers are addressed can a person truly heal. One method they use to target this trio is energy healing and meditation. Therapists and practitioners guide guests through massage and meditative sessions aimed to relieve physical and mental stress, and help patients reach the spiritual level.

Nourishing Journey also features its own cafe, and uses only organic, grass-fed, and/or natural ingredients, including Bulletproof Coffee. The beans of Bulletproof are handpicked at their peak ripeness and are free of any herbicides or pesticides, creating a pure cup of coffee. Using these pure ingredients, chefs at the cafe provide food and drinks to nourish the body. Smoothies, sandwiches, and even bone broth soups are available to give guests a physical boost.
